About Mike

Mike began his public accounting career with Ernst & Young in 1986 and in 1993, was part of the founding team at the formation of Coulter & Justus.

As an Accounting, Assurance & Consulting Principal, Mike specializes in providing services to closely held businesses, physician practices, healthcare entities and government contractors. He also provides business planning, litigation support, fraud review and other forensic services.

Mike is currently serving as an appointed member of the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy representing East Tennessee. Mike is a graduate of Leadership Knoxville and previously served on the Board of Leadership Knoxville.
