About David

David is an Accounting & Assurance Senior Manager who joined the firm in 2006. Before Coulter & Justus, he worked for three years as a controller for an east Tennessee defense contractor. David serves clients in manufacturing and government contracting, in addition to nonprofit organizations. David also has experience in audits of defined contribution plans as well as medical and dental plans.
