About Daniel
Daniel is a Tax Principal who has provided tax services in the Knoxville area since 2007 and joined Coulter and Justus in 2021. Daniel has experience in providing tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to a variety of businesses that include manufacturers, wholesalers, construction contractors, retail and convenience stores, and real estate. Daniel has experience in assisting clients with the structure and tax effects of business acquisitions and sales, guidance on entity selection and structure, and providing representation before tax authorities.
Daniel currently serves on the Tennessee Society of CPAs State Taxation committee working with the TN Department of Revenue on significant tax laws and developments affecting Tennessee taxpayers and attends Two Rivers Church in Lenoir City.
