Bill is a Tax Principal who joined the firm in 2014. Bill provides tax compliance and consulting services to a variety of industries including manufacturing, coal, restaurant, and private equity. Prior to Coulter & Justus, Bill worked as a revenue agent for the Internal Revenue Service in the Small Business Self-Employed division. He is a United States Marine Corps veteran.
