Coulter & Justus, P.C. is pleased to announce that Brannon McNeillie, Staff in the Audit department has recently passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Examination.

Brannon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Corporate Finance and a Masters of Accountancy from East Tennessee State University. He has two years of experience in a public accounting firm and has been with Coulter & Justus since July 2012.

About the Uniform CPA Examination

The Uniform CPA Examination is a comprehensive examination that covers sections in auditing and attestation, financial accounting and reporting, regulation and business environments and concepts. Eligible candidates to sit for the exam must have completed a minimum of 150 semester hours, which include a baccalaureate or higher degree from an academic institution recognized by the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy, with a minimum of 24 semester hours in accounting and 24 semester hours in general business subjects.
