Coulter & Justus, P.C. is pleased to announce that Kendra Forsythe and Ryan Shaw, have recently passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Examination.
Kendra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Tennessee Chattanooga. She is an audit senior and has been with Coulter & Justus since January 2010.
Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s of Accountancy from The University of Tennessee. Ryan is an audit staff and has been with Coulter & Justus since August.
About the Uniform CPA Examination
The Uniform CPA Examination is a comprehensive examination that covers sections in auditing and attestation, financial accounting and reporting, regulation and business environments and concepts. Eligible candidates to sit for the exam must have completed a minimum of 150 semester hours, which include a baccalaureate or higher degree from an academic institution recognized by the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy, with a minimum of 24 semester hours in accounting and 24 semester hours in general business subjects.
