With over 35 CPAs and a total staff of over 70, Coulter & Justus, P.C. is one of the largest local CPA firms serving East Tennessee. Our professionals have a long history of providing professional services to clients in this area and we value our relationships with clients and the community.

As part of our ongoing philosophy, we hire experienced professionals with specialized skills and knowledge. Essentially all of our personnel have reached the senior level and have a minimum of three years experience. Our firm's professional staff average is over 12 years of experience. While large firms experience high staff turnover, our staff retention rate is almost 100%, and our clients appreciate the continuity of staff from year to year and the familiarity we have with their systems, operations and people.
